Ten years ago, French people spent 1.5 hours on their lunch breaks. Now, they last on average no more than 30 minutes. 54% choose take-away options, and this generates a lot of waste. However, consumers are seeking healthier food options and are increasingly conscious of transparency in terms of food labelling and origin.
Mini NU!’s objective is the following: a no-fuss, environmentally-sound office lunch solution; it is a smart fridge offering a selection of NU! meals made from fresh, seasonal ingredients, in returnable, reusable containers.
