The Philanthro-Lab project, devised by RF Studio’s team with Perrot & Richard Architects for Compagnie de Phalsbourg for the international competition Réinventer Paris (Reinvent Paris), was awarded the prize for its private mansion proposal on Rue de la Bûcherie. The world’s first philanthropy incubator, innovative both in terms of its architectural programming and its conception, will function as a welcome centre and a point of contact for meeting and exchange, designed as a space both for co-working and consultancy. The public will also have the benefit of two restaurants run by Thierry Marx’s Cuisine Mode d’Emploi(s).
