Tishman Speyer, an international real estate player renowned for creating and managing benchmark commercial properties, is undertaking an ambitious project to transform the 28-story tower located in Paris’s 15th arrondissement.

Set in a dense, lively, and highly connected urban environment, the tower now needs to be reinvented to meet new market standards and contemporary user expectations.

Our support was provided in two phases: a strategic mission to plan the uses, followed by a design phase for the layout of these shared spaces (lobby, auditorium, foyer, meeting rooms, restaurant, bistro, SkyBar).
