The Refettorio Paris, at the same time charitable and cultural, fight against food waste in favor of solidarity.
Led by the association Food For Soul of chef Massimo Bottura, the project take place in the heart of the church of the Madeleine in Paris, with the support of  Voyageurs du Monde and in partnership with the restaurant of the Foyer de la Madeleine.

The space is designed by RF Studio, in collaboration with Encore Heureux Architects and artists JR and Prune Nourry.
